Also participating were Ecuadoran Foreign Minister Ricardo Patiño and Rosario Murillo, the Nicaraguan leader's spouse.   With Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff.   Fidel's conversation with Portia Simpson Miller, Jamaican Prime Minister.   Fidel and Kenny Davis Anthony, Prime Minister of Santa Lucía.   Fidel and José Mujica, President of Uruguay, engaged in a lively discussion.   Fidel and Ban Ki-moon, UN General Secretary.   Fidel and Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto recalled the historic ties their two countries share.
