Bosnian Man Sues Malaysian Lady: She Stole My Sperm!
In a bizarre case of "sperm con job", a 41-year-old Bosnian man is suing a 29-year-old Malaysian woman for tricking him into fathering her son.
Ervin Ahbabovic claims his ex-girlfriend wasn't only an insatiable sex maniac who demanded intercourse six times a day—for a total of six hours—and who threatened to kill herself if he didn't satisfy her, but that she also milked him for his "superior" European DNA to make a baby!
Ahbabovic, a permanent resident who's lived in Malaysia for 18 years, says he moved in with the woman in 2008 when he was 36 and she was 24. After their child was born in 2010, the woman he says he had hoped to marry—and whom he had gone into business with—apparently grew hostile and would verbally, emotionally and physically attack him.
A year later, she finally threw him out of their home, telling him to "go die on the road", stopped him from seeing their son, and stopped him from getting his hands on their money. Now he's seeking RM600,000 in damages and demanding that she recognise him as the baby daddy on the boy's birth certificate.
Meanwhile, the woman claims that Ahbabovic lied to her about working as a "commercial director" when in fact he was unemployed, that he had made no contact with her in over a year until now, and that everything he's said about her—the sex addiction, the suicide threats, the abusive relationship—are all actually about him!
"He's a sociopath! He'll make you believe that he's a nice guy [but] he's the one who stabbed himself [in the arm] and he was the one was threatening suicide if I left him," she tells The Star Online in an exclusive interview.
Though she admits that she "never loved him" despite being in a relationship, she says it was Ahbabovic who was the abusive one, not her. She also says she attempted to get out of their relationship several times before she did it.
"He beat me up and disconnected me from everyone until I recovered, so no one would see my injuries. He used my phone to send messages to himself to show his friends that I was hard up for him," she tells TSOL. "He made me feel like what he was doing to me was normal. He made sure that my family and friends were pushed away so I didn't have anyone to turn to."
"I tried to kick him out from my life but he wouldn't let me," she adds. "He threatened that he would ruin my life if I left him—and he did. It's just that I didn't expect this after a year [of not seeing him]."
She says that after she finally ditched Ahbabovic and locked him out of their home, he began stalking her. "He's like Gargamel (the evil wizard and sworn enemy of the Smurfs). He's not the smartest of wizards but equally dangerous. Nobody should expose her child to a maniac like him. He doesn't bother about my child or me. All he cares about is his 15 minutes of fame."
She also dismisses his claim that she only used him for his sperm, accusing him of being a dumb bigot. "I have better genes than him. He always would claim that he was superior," she says, and claims that Ahbabovic had also abused his ex-wife. "He said she did something really bad to him. He sold me some sob story and I pitied him. I gave him money and I lent him a car."
Ahbabovic apparently told her as well that he suffered from psychological problems after the war in Bosnia and that he had worked for "intelligence agencies". She says she had lodged several police reports against Ahbabovic in the past and refers to his lawsuit against her as "a joke".
Their case management is scheduled for October 1.
