res :   Barangkali penguasa rezim neo-Mojopahit ingin membiasakan penduduk untuk tidak minum bersih nan sehat, supaya tubuh imun bisa menangkis segala macam penyakit atau juga supaya penduduk sering sakit-sakit dan tidak mampu untuk demo-demo menuntut air bersih untuk dikonsumsi.     Dan oleh  karena itu selama 70 tahun merdeka-merdeka tidak mendapat prioritas  utama untuk diurus sebaik-baiknya bagi kebutuhan penduduk. Nearly half of all Indonesians - more than 100 million people - have no access to clean water.

For those fortunate enough to have it on tap, it is not fit to drink. And their water bills are still some of the highest in Asia.

For the rest, buying bottles is a major expense.
