Sometimes, money makes people crazy in terms of food choices. When they have more money, they prefer unhealthy foods such as fatty foods, sweet, and savoury without thinking of the danger that will affect their body. Whatever we eat will have a big impact on our health. Moreover, unhealthy eating habits will also affect our weight.

For those who study in college and live in a boarding house also tend to have unhealthy eating habits. This is because many activities and tasks piling up, and the financial condition of a student. If they do not have enough money for one month, most of them will eat noodles instead of rice. Even they only eat only once a day. Consequently they often fall sick, especially away from the parent.

The consequences of unhealthy eating habits will affect weight loss (obesity), and the organ of the body such as gastric and intestines. Before it's too late, you should turn it into healthy eating habits. The following are the things you should consider in consuming foods:

First, reduce fatty foods. This has always be the main one in improving eating habits. You are not at all allowed, but only reduce it. According to a research, eating fatty  foods too much have a bad effect on the level of concentration. Do you remember on a proverb that says "too much will hurt you so much"? Therefore, you should not eat fatty foods so much, because it is not good four your health.

Second, avoid foods that directly damage the gastric wall such as spicy foods. spicy foods can cause gastric acid increases. When stomach acid increases, most people will feel the heat on the throat and chest. In addition, the mouth also feels bitter because of the increased acid reaches the larynx.

Third, avoid food that contains gas such as lettuce and cabbage. If there is accumulation of gas in the intestines, the stomach will feel claustrophobic. If you do not want to feel fullness after consume it, boil cabbage for a while to reduce the gas trigger compounds.

Four, avoid drinking alcohol and soda. Alcohol affects the capillaries and blood vessels in the skin. Not only that, alcohol also makes the kidneys work harder all the time to remove toxins from the body reduces the amount of vitamin A. When the body does not have enough vitamin A, the skin becomes dry and wrinkled easily. According to dermatologist Dr Rickon Perreira from Mumbai, he said that dry skin and dehydration caused by alcoholic beverages susceptible to free radicals which cause many problems such as dark circles, dull skin, dark spots, rough skin texture and wrinkles.

Five, Drink plenty of water and eat fruits and vegetables. Various studies have also shown that fruits and vegetables protect our body from various kinds of diseases. By eating fruits and vegetables regularly, you will reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes, stroke, heart disease, cancer, and high blood pressure.

That's a few things you should consider in consuming foods. With healthy eating habits, you will feel healthy and get the ideal body weight. Start now cultivate healthy eating habits, before it's too late, and if you want to live longer
